  • WHAT DO I WEAR?

    Spandex to the rescue, or some sort of comfortable shorts… you are gonna get HOT (in more ways than one). You don’t need bike shorts unless you feel it necessary… your butt will be ok. Besides we ride out of the saddle a lot.

  • DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

    We provide shoes, towels, hair ties and ear plugs (if needed). We use Delta Lock and SPD cleats and also have water bottles for sale.

  • DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

    No, but we have a fantastic freshen up station with all natural products.

  • DO I NEED TO BE AN ATHLETE TO PARTICIPATE?

    No. Start where you are and you will get to where you are going. Every single class is for all levels. We work with you, this is your Ride.

  • HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?

    BodyCamp and Meditation classes are 30 minutes. Cycling classes are 44 minutes long. Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled start time, as doors close at start of class.

  • I HAVE HEARD CYCLING IS INTENSE. WILL I DIE?

    You will certainly expire at some point but this class won’t accelerate that truth :)
    So the answer is NO. You are going to work at the level you are comfortable working and increase intensity when you are ready to do so.
